All information is kept strictly confidential and not shared with any outside parties with the exception of the necessary information that the business gives permission to share within the online directory.

We contact you to notify you regarding your application status if you have applied to become Vegan Founded and thereafter to update you of your status, to resolve a dispute, to collect fees or monies owed, to poll your opinions through surveys or questionnaires, to send updates about our company, or as otherwise necessary to contact you to enforce our User Agreement, applicable national laws, and any agreement we may have with you. For these purposes we may contact you via email, telephone, text messages, and postal mail.
We will only communicate with you when you have given consent for us to do so. Each submission form on the website notifies you to the agreement to being contacted. For example, providing your email address to join our email subscription list. All emails we send via our mailing list gives you the opportunity to opt out of the email subscription.
