I am a vegan counsellor who provides a confidential, warm and professional counselling service. This safe space can help you become more self aware and lead you to long-lasting, meaningful change in your life. I offer short-term and long term therapeutic counselling. I am a humanistic, integrative counsellor and I work in collaboration with you. I do not label or analyse you and I invite exploration of how culture and society might have an impact in how you view yourself and the wider world. I strive to support you in finding your own meaning and your own truth. I have experience of supporting a diversity of clients who experience a wide range of difficulties such as anxiety, depression, bereavement, life transitions, parenting children with complex needs, family estrangement, Adult Children of Alcoholics, high sensitivity and relationship issues. I am allied with sex workers, sex positivity & body positivity, non-monogamy and kink/bdsm communities. My practice is gender, sexuality and relationship diversity affirmative. I am a registered member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (MBACP) and adhere to their ethical standards and framework.
