Happy Maki is all about freshly rolled vegan sushi, founded on the desire to serve healthy festival food with a minimal impact on the environment, with each wrap sold, a meal is donated to Mary’s Meals, and a tree is planted with Eden Reforestation Project. Starting in 2020 we will be running a social experience based on a Pay By Donation, aiming to make vegan food accessible and re-evaluate how we do business.
