Charlie and Catherine are a husband-and-wife team. Catherine is a qualified reflexologist offering treatments in our home studio in St Albans. She can also guide clients in diet and health. Charlie has been a carpenter for over 30 years, initially working on general building sites but now concentrating on working one-to-one with customers to improve or maintain their homes. Our goals are to have the minimum environmental impact and to encourage a kinder way of life.
