Qualified Level 3 personal trainer based in Derby and ethical vegan. I have always been passionate about fitness, health and helping people. I have been actively in and around gyms for more than 5 years and spend lots of my free time researching, improving my own fitness and gaining knowledge in living a healthy life. I specialise in strength training, weight loss, weight management and also have a qualification in nutrition.
